Troop #63 Popcorn Sales

Key Dates:

  • Sep 21: Popcorn Kickoff at Troop meeting
  • Sep 25: POPCORN SALE BEGINS!!!
  • Sep 26: Show and Sell Saturdays begin
  • Nov 7: Show and Sell Saturdays end
  • Nov 9: All Take Order sheets due
  • Nov 20: Take Order distribution
  • Dec 14: All money due

Orders may be taken on popcorn and candles up until November 9. Candle sales are take-order only, with no online or show and sell sales. Candle sales have the same commission, and money will be transferred into the scout’s account with the popcorn money.

Show and sell Saturdays must be arranged with Mr. or Mrs. Urbane the Monday prior. Popcorn will need to be picked up at an agreed upon time before Saturday. Money and unsold popcorn needs to be returned the day after the sale.

Online sales now count toward the scout’s commission. Scouts, with a parent’s permission, can go to http://scouts.trails-end.com and create an account. Follow the online directions to send e-mails to potential customers and track online sales!
