At the 2013 Water and Woods Recognition Dinner, held on Saturday, March 9, Troop 63 parent (father of Star Dylan Collier and Northwoods Reservation Ranger) Scott Thomas was awarded the James West Fellowship for his contributions to Council and Scouting.
